Unable to find account linked to adobe charge
Hi there,
Just trying to find an adobe employee to discuss this with, have currently recieved a card charge for an adobe stock account and attempting to login in to cancel the subscription/get the invoice for business purposes but it says I don't have any active subscriptions despite being charged.
Chat feature is not working it is not recorded that I have an account - despite recieving a previous confirmation email of the trial start to that email.
Hoping someone can assist.
