Unable to find accoutn even though subscription has been paid
Hello guys,
so back in february 2024 my mother gave an Adobe lightroom subscription so that I could edit my photographs. After a brief run through the different menus I logged off to see some guides. When I came back and realised I was unable to find my account: it was simply unfindable even though we clearly had gone through the payment process and I was even able to load up some photos so that I could edit them once I learned how. Since then I have had little time to focus on the problem due to exams etc. I tried calling Adobe directly however it seems that telephone support is only available for active subrscribers which is not my case on this account since I created it in a bid to try to find out what happened to the first one. If you have any insights please do help
