Unable to install Adobe Acrobat Pro

Whenever find myself in need, I used to remove a license from a pc to another. This time I wanted to remove from an existing pc to have it at a new one. But could not.

A message which I have not noticed before making me unable to do so, attached.

is there any solution, please.

if you have a current acrobat subscription, nothing needs to be done other than

1. install the cc desktop app onto your new computer

2. sign into it

3. use it to install acrobat
