Unable to Install Lightroom and Photoshop – Payment Issues

I’m reaching out for assistance because I’m unable to install Lightroom and Photoshop despite multiple attempts.

I selected the Photography plan and proceeded to the payment stage. However, each time I enter my payment details, I receive an error stating that my card information, city, or postal code is incorrect. I have carefully checked and re-entered all the data. I also tried using a different card and connecting via VPN, but unfortunately, the issue persists.

I am currently located in Ukraine and would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this problem so I can complete the installation and start using the applications.

    Krika, sorry you are blocked from beginning a subscription. I don't see any active subscriptions or transactions, so if you are trying to update your payment method for a different account, then try the suggestions offered by Kglad at https://adobe.ly/3U70eXM.

     

    Which portion of Ukraine are you located, Krika? We are currently prohibited from selling our services to certain portions of Ukraine.

     

    If you are able to access and purchase other services from the United States, Krika, then try using a different device to complete the purchase process.

    I’m located in the Zhytomyr region of Ukraine, and I’m trying to purchase Photoshop and Lightroom for the first time. I have not had an Adobe account before and have never subscribed to or paid for any Adobe applications.
