Unable to install Lightroom cloud monthly after I requested a 7day trial and gave my payment details

Aloha,

I just purchased the monthly cloud version of Lightroom and downloaded the software install, but it won't accept my password to install it. What's up?

How to install when you have a subscription and a problem
.
You may NOT use the Opera browser... it is not compatible with Adobe
NOTE: the alternate download link in this link works better for some people
Install the cc desktop app using the download links at the bottom of this
https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
If that works for you, you then use the Cloud manager to install your programs

What 'software install' did you download? Installing Lightroom is either done through the Apple Store, or by installing Adobe Creative Cloud and then installing Lightroom from within that app.
