Dear sir

"Unable to load data" is showing this problem in my account, how can I know what is the problem in my account?

    Hi @Mosharraf_Khan7895,

    As @kglad suggested, did you check signing in to your Adobe account using a different browser?

    Let us know if it brought any change.

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

    first try a different updated non-opera browser. a mobile browser is especially like to work.
