Unable to load data

I can't see my plan details anywhere , It keep showing me this "unable to load" screen
I'm currently using brave browser. It's showing the same in Chrome and edge browsers
Is there any soultion for this??

...in particular, using a mobile phone's browser with wifi disabled is the most likely to succeed.
