Unable to load data, plans. Unable to delete account, to change plans.

My account just existing, I can't delete it, I can't buy a new plan or change it, I can't even look the information about my account. It was banned or blocked or i don't know what happened. Even when I create the account with different email, the issue repeats. Maybe my the internet can't get the access to adobe servers(I don't know how to say it correctly.). Or it's just a bug.

There is no active or trial subscription listed under your email ID. Do you wish to proceed with purchasing a plan?

contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
