Unable to load information on the plans page

Hello,

I am unable to cancel my Adobe Acrobat subscription. In the subscriptions section of my account, I only see the following message:

"Unable to load information. An error occurred. Please try again."

This happens even when I try using Incognito mode and different browsers.

I would like to cancel my subscription effective as of today's date. Please confirm that my subscription has been cancelled and that no further charges will be made.

    use https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/unknown-charge-on-bill.html to make sure you’re checking the correct account.  then use a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with wifi disabled to view https://account.adobe.com

    Hello, I’m having the same issue. I would like to cancel my plan today, but the “Manage Plans” page won’t even load for me. Can you please help me cancel my active subscription?
