Unable to login to my account

Question

My account is with an email address I don't have access to anymore.
When I try to login the system wants to verify my account "Verify your identity"
as I can't use the email verification option I need to use the SMS option.
The bug is that I never got the verification code to my mobile phone

Please help

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
