Unable to pay using any credit card for AD0-E128

I am trying to register and pay for the Adobe AD0-E128: AEM Sites Developer Expert exam.

Every time I attempt the payment, I get an error stating that the operation may fail and to double-check my payment information.

I have tried multiple cards, and my bank has confirmed that there is no issue with them.

This delay is seriously impacting my schedule, as I have already lost over a month attempting to resolve this. I urgently need to take the exam and would greatly appreciate immediate guidance or an alternative payment method to complete my registration without further delay.

I'm having the same online payment problems with Adobe as you in the Vietnamese market. Now, I can't even add my credit card to the account I'm currently using.
Adobe keeps displaying the error: "We couldn't process your payment. Please check your payment details. If the issue persists, try another payment method or contact your bank."
