Unable to purchase Adobe creative cloud apps

Hi,

I'm from India

I wanted to opt for the 'creative cloud all apps' package. But, I'm not able to purchase it. I've tried using 3 different debit cards and all of them give the same error message - "we are unable to approve your transaction at this time". I can see that some of the posts say that Adobe does not accept Debit cards (dating back to 2018!!!) - if so could they please REMOVE that option as it creates confusion. Also, I know PayPal is accepted in some regions so if the same could be provided that'd be great since not everybody needs to have a credit card.

This is a public user-to-user forum.  We have no say in what Adobe does.  International banking, currency, regional taxes & exchange rates are complicated matters.
