Unable to purchase plan

My previous annual Lightroom plan expired on the 6th of July 2025. I need to repurchase illustrator on a month-by-month plan, but it keeps saying "purchase unsupported" and is prompting me that I already own Illustror when I do not anymore.
This is urgent. Please help

if you don't currently have a monthly illustrator plan, you'll need to subscribe to ir anew, https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/plans.html

Thanks for posting your question, Jade. I see that you have started a month-to-month plan for Illustrator. Were you able to follow Peru Bob and Kglad's advice successfully?
