Unable to reinstall Photoshop without being asked to make a payment

Hi everyone.

I'll keep this short.

My computer died and I had to get some new parts, and wipe my main hard drive. I am trying to reinstall my Adobe photoshop but no matter where I go it is asking me to make a payment, whereas I have been paying a montly fee since February.

Any suggestions on what I Can do as I cannot locate my original photoshope exe file etc.

Cheers.

Hi @SilkyC31,

As per your account details, you do not have any active or trial subscriptions to Adobe apps. Could you check if you have logged in using the correct email address?

You can always respond on this post using the correct email address.

start here - https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html

if that fails, proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english

if that fails, change the install location
