Unable to schedule cancelation adobe, now I have another year trapped in the subscription because of the fee

As I cannot find a way to contact a human via phone or chat, I'm posting this here.
I subscribed to Adobe March 2025. Assuming that I would be able to cancel it now in April 2026 without the cancellation fee. That's not the case. Earlier I also tried to schedule the cancellation for March 2026, but as far as I could tell, that was not an option.
Is the practices of Adobe really this predatory that not only do you pay the cancellation fee within the first year if you cancel early, but when you auto-renew you have to pay a cancellation fee for the next year as well?
