Unable to Sign-in due to blocked Email ID

My original email ID through which I created the account has been blocked by Google and because of which I am unable to login to the account.

I want to change my email ID with a new one so how to do it?

Adobe has a pathetic bot which keeps on repeating the same thing again and again without applying any logic.

Yes Shivangi, I did that but the response was very lame.

They told me that there is no way to change the primary email id in the account. And, I have to create a new account and have to buy the subscription plan again.

I failed to understand how could a technologically advanced company like Adobe gives that kind of response.

    Very dissatisfied.

i agree.  that's an appropriate suggestion to adobe: during the purchase process, require that a confirmation code (sent to the email address) is used in order to complete the purchase.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

    chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
    and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

    twitter/x:
    tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

I did that but it is asking me to login first and then will connect to the Agent.

And, I am unable to login so its a never ending loop
