i am unable to subscribe to any adobe plan.

i already enter my card number and anything else.

and it keep show me this kind of message
"A transaction can fail for a variety of reasons. Double check and make sure your payment information is entered correctly. If this issue persists, you may need to use a different payment method or contact your bank."

what is the problem and wht should i do?

contact adobe support to make your purchase.

 

there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
