Unable to subscribe - because Credit Card only payment. Really Adobe, wake up!!

Tried all of yesterday morning, unsuccessfully, to subscribe to Adobe Animate. But, apprently in India, Adobe only accepts credit cards. Even though it says in the drop down list (with just one option) - "Credit/Debit cards". Dear Adobe, even local semi-literate road side vendors in India use digital payment. Just about every utility payment can be made online with multiple options. What is your problem Adobe?

I may be wrong but I think new banking regulations require you to obtain a special authorization number from your bank before Adobe can process debit cards for monthly payments. Talk to an Adobe billing agent.
