Unable to subscribe to Acrobat Pro – payment method failed / can’t add new payment method

Hi everyone,

 

I’m trying to subscribe to Adobe Acrobat Pro, but I keep getting an error saying my payment method failed. I’m also unable to add a new payment method — the option doesn’t seem to work at all.

 

Has anyone faced this issue before or found a workaround? Any help would be appreciated.

@zain_1861 that screenshot appears it is a mobile device. This may be a blessing in disguise because the purchase would mean it would be processed through Google/Apple play store—If you ever want to cancel or change your credit card, you have to do it through your phone's subscription settings, not the Adobe website. 

So that red banner is telling you card has issues, bank restrictions, or browser conflicts.... you can try incognito or a private browser window. I did try that weblink 'https://commerce.adobe.com/' and I get a 404 error. 

Honestly, I would be concerned about the payment failure, it is probably the safest to log in directly  account.adobe.com (https://account.adobe.com)  to update your billing details rather than following a link from a text message or email.
