Unable to subscribe to Acrobrat or PhotoShop individually

Hello, when I wish to subscribe to Acrobrat or PhotoShop, I am unable to as it insists that I already own "Creative Cloud Pro". However, on my account, it correctly shows that I have already canceled my Creative Cloud Pro plan and my subscription is no longer active.

I canceled my apps plan last year and the subscription expired in June of this year.
