Unable to update my payment info

Hello,

I am very frustrated by this. I have received an email that there is a billing issue on my account. The issue is that my credit card has expired. But I am unable to update payment/edit payment info/manage plan/manage payment. 
I cannot get a hold of any kind of chat, to be able to speak to an actual person. And all the links under helpx.adobe.com does NOT help, either.
Kindly provide assistance in this matter, as it is extremely frustrating!

    Hello forum,

    I've got excatly the same issue, it is SUPER frustrating! No matter where I go on the site (logged in, browsing from Sweden, all restrictions turned off, tried in a number of browsers, the links in the answers in this thread doesn't lead anywhere better) I cannot get to any interface to chat to anybody from Adobe. It has happened before, I think is a complete disgrace Adobe doesn't take better responsibility with their customers!

    Could anybody provide info on how to get in contact w/ Adobe via mail/chat/phone?

    Try using a different mobile/tablet device or browser that accepts cookies and does not have script blockers.

    Please log-in to your account below with your PAID ID and password. Click on Manage Plan > Manage Payment.

    If you still need help, scroll down to Contact Adobe on the same page. In the chat box, type AGENT followed by enter.
