Unable to update my payment info
Hello,
I am very frustrated by this. I have received an email that there is a billing issue on my account. The issue is that my credit card has expired. But I am unable to update payment/edit payment info/manage plan/manage payment.
I cannot get a hold of any kind of chat, to be able to speak to an actual person. And all the links under helpx.adobe.com does NOT help, either.
Kindly provide assistance in this matter, as it is extremely frustrating!
