Unable to upgrade beyond 1 TB of storage

I am on the Creative Cloud Photography Plan with 1 TB of storage. I want to upgrade to at least 2 TB. However, when I login to my account and click "Manage Plan", there is no option to upgrade. Why?

    Sorry, I misspoke about what it's called. If you click on your avatar/icon in the upper right of the Creative Cloud app, then choose "Preferences", you'll see an option to "Upgrade" below "Cloud Storage".

    Thanks, everyone. I was able to do it within the Creative Cloud app, by going to preferences and clicking "manage storage".
