I pay monthly and do not understand why this additional cost has come out of my account?

Hi Chris,

I see you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with forums. I see you had an Acrobat subscription which has now been cancelled and the last charge that took place was for 13.33 GBP.  Could you please share some more information about the charge? When did it take place? Did you get an email from Adobe regarding the same?
