Unauthorized Charge

Question

I cancelled my trial, then I got charged, I cancelled again, and now i noticve im still being charged for part of the service that I didnt request or sign up for. I need this to be reverted.

you need to cancel each item to which you subscribed. that includes both ai for acrobat and acrobat, if you subscribed to both. and in includes other apps and stock, if you subscribed to both.

check your account, https://account.adobe.com to see what plan(s) you still have.

Please check your account to see if the cancellation did indeed go through or if there is something else subscribed to. If the cancellation did happen you should have a confirmation email for it. Contact Adobe Support and get this sortedhttps://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
