Unauthorized charge

My bank account has been charged with an Adobe subscription for at least three months after I cancelled my plan, and I don't know how to contact support directly. As I don't have an active subscription, I don't get access to any direct means of communication, including access to an agent in the chatbot.

Your help is necessary and appreciated.

Best regards

Hello there,

We appreciate you contacting us. I confirm that the subscription associated with your account was cancelled in May 2024. Hence, you should not be charged anymore. I also checked and found that there has not been any recent transaction made by Adobe to your account.

I would recommend you to contact your bank. Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Shivangi

I have the same problem with Adobe and have had to block them from taking 2 unauthorised payments from my bank account. It's a good job I check my bank statements, or else they would have been taking an amount every month. I have screenshots showing that I have no paid plans, no orders associated with my account, and no activated devices. It's also impossible to contact anyone to enquire about the unauthorised payments.

It really is unsatisfactory.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Thank you for your repply. As I said before, I cannot get access to a human on the chat, since I don't have an active plan:

"To continue with agent assistance, please sign in with an active plan. I found no record of an active plan linked to <my-email>"

Since not having an active plan is precisely why I have this problem, the irony is unmissable.

I also don't have an X account.

then you can't contact adobe support.  ie,  start an x account.
