In June, I canceled my Adobe membership and, at the time of cancellation, I had to pay an additional €117.16. However, I don’t understand why in the following month, in July, I was charged again €26.43.
Please explain this situation and issue a refund for the incorrect charge.
After logging into my account, I see that there is a billing issue. Today, an additional charge of €26.43 was attempted, which is the amount that started being charged to me after I canceled my membership in July.
I want to make it clear that I no longer wish to use any memberships, and no further charges after my cancellation are acceptable. Please check my account and refund any incorrect charges.
