Unauthorized charges

Question

I was on a free trial for Adobe Photoshop on the 17th of November. I canceled my trial on the 20th. However, I saw on my bank statement that $20.99 was still withdrawn from my account. I even have the email that confirmed my cancellation. I’m a little confused on why money was drawn from my account and how my subscription is still active.

that shows a stock subscription was canceled, not photoshop.

check your account, https://account.adobe.com

if questions, contact support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
