Dear sir,

My card debit without my knowledge can you please cancel my subscription and refund my money on same card.

currently I cancel the subscription but how to get refund for current subscription which is done automatically and they deduct the money from my card

refunds are automatic and take up to 14 days to complete.

meanwhile, check your account, https://account.adobe.com to confirm everything is cancelled. and save your trial start and trial cancellation emails from adobe.

use https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/unknown-charge-on-bill.html to find the account being charged.

then, if you recognize that account, check it, https://account.adobe.com and cancel any unwanted subscription(s).

if you don’t recognize that account, report fraud to your credit care company.
