Unauthorized payments

I had a free trial, the product wasnt for me so I cancelled. YOU are still taking money through Paypal. I have tried cancelling again but now you want £75 to cancel again

Please cancel my account and refund my money.

Appauled at the fact I cang even get live chat or speak to someone
