Greetings,

I signed up for the free Adobe pro trial in January to try out its OCR. Without me realizing it, a current subscription has been activated that has already cost me 75 euros and that if I want to cancel it will cost me another 100. I have read that many other people have had the same problem, therefore the behavior of Adobe (a company serious and reliable) does not seem to be transparent in this case. I hope it is a misunderstanding, which assistance can promptly resolve. Also seen that I never used these Pro features except in the first hour of the free trial.

Hello I have the some problem I cancel my subsrption in January and I noticed that the amount is still being debited from my credit card (appro 25 per month).

 

it's really frustrating that there isn't even a chat to report this does anybody idea how to handel this ??

After contacting support they fixed the problem and I got a full refund.
Since many people who use Adobe may be inexperienced, young, old, or visually impaired, activating an annual subscription after a free trial should be clear and visible.
