Unclear payment
Greetings,
I signed up for the free Adobe pro trial in January to try out its OCR. Without me realizing it, a current subscription has been activated that has already cost me 75 euros and that if I want to cancel it will cost me another 100. I have read that many other people have had the same problem, therefore the behavior of Adobe (a company serious and reliable) does not seem to be transparent in this case. I hope it is a misunderstanding, which assistance can promptly resolve. Also seen that I never used these Pro features except in the first hour of the free trial.
