Some people suggested the email becomes available again after a month or so, but deleting it was unwise.

Once an Email Address is used to create an Adobe Account, and basically any other companies account, that particular email address (SomeName @ EmailProviderName . com,net,org,whatever) and then Deleted can Never be used with that company again.

If you had not Deleted the account all you would need to do is Sign back Into it using the correct password.

Now you will need to create a New Account using a Different Email Address. Can be the same email provider (Google, Att, Outlook, whatever) but the first part (YourName or Whatever) has to be different from your old Adobe account that you deleted.

I don't think you will be able to reuse that email to create the account. To be sure you can contact support.
