Unexpected $14.49 charge — Need help understanding and refunding

Hello everyone,

I need some help regarding an unexpected charge on my account.

I had an outstanding balance of $44.79 for my monthly subscription. On October 4, I added $46.02 to my Visa card to cover this amount. But instead of applying it to my balance, Adobe charged me $14.49 separately.

This amount wasn’t used to pay the $44.79 I owed, and now I’m being asked to pay the full $44.79 again. I don’t understand why this extra $14.49 was charged.

Has anyone faced a similar situation? What should I do to get this amount refunded or applied correctly?
