Unexpected increase in plan charges

Hi - I signed up for Creative Cloud last year and was paying $39.99 Australian a month until October when it jumped to $69.99 Australian a month with no warning or notification. Does anyone know why this happened or has experienced the same?  And does anyone have a phone number or email address to contact Adobe directly?  Everytime I hit 'I want to talk to a real person' it just takes me back to the online help. Thanks in advance

Seaside Girl, Hello.
Judging from the amount, it seems that the contract was for AUD 39.99 at the campaign price.
As pointed out by John T Smith, the campaign price applies only for the first year. The price will shift to the regular price after the second year, so it is probably because of that.

If you have an Education subscription, the terms you "click to agree" should be clear about the first/later years

The regular plan also sometimes has a lower introductory price for the first year
