Unexplained deduction of 35.99 euros by Adobe Ireland on 17/05/25, how do I get refund please ?

I had an unexplained deduction of 35.99 euros from my Paypal account by Adobe Systems Ireland on 17/05/25, I have no new apps, there are no invoices or orders on my personal space, no idea where this charge came from, how do I get refund please ?

    We appreciate you reaching out. I reviewed your account info and found that you have an active subscription to Adobe Acrobat Pro since 2 days. The good news is that you can cancel the subscription within first 14 days of purchase and get full refund. 
    Once you cancel the plan and receive a confirmation email, Adobe will initiate an automatic refund which will be processed within 12-14 days.
