This is me too...been charged 21.59 each month for over a year and I never purchased and don't have "paid plans" in my account to cancel.  I bought from Adobe years ago but havent needed it again and just realized this recurring incorrect charge. Makes me furious. Planning to call cust support ASAP

I'm always buffeled how long people are having recurrent payments before they take action.

Not that you deserve any sort of explanation but on my account i was not even registered for a plan but my card was on file from a previous purchase and they were charging me

Why have you not contacted the fraud people for your credit cart to report identity theft?

contact adobe support.. there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
