Uninstall PS Elements

This might be a dumb question, but I was given AdobePhotoshop Elements 2019 from my work, which I promptly installed.  Soon afterwards, our office needed to purchase a new computer (a Mac) and I am no longer able to use the computer with Photoshop installed on it.  Is there a way for me to install Photoshop using the same serial number on my new computer to avoid repurchasing the software?

    You should be able to, the software license supports installing on two computers
