Hi, my free trial rolled over into a ₱1,750.00 annual subscription charge via Google Play on June 10, 2026. I cancelled immediately. Google Support denied the automated refund and told me to contact the developer. I submitted the Microsoft escalation form but haven't received a reply. I have not used any premium features and urgently need assistance from an Adobe representative to look at my case. Google Order ID: GPA.3395-3077-0708-02401.

Thank you for the reply, but Google Play Live Support explicitly denied my automated request and told me to contact the developer (Adobe) directly to request a manual refund review, as they stated the developer retains the final authority to grant refunds for transactions that fall outside of Google's automated windows.

​I am well within Adobe’s 14-day refund window (the charge was on June 10, 2026). Can an actual Adobe staff member or billing specialist please look into this case? Google Order ID: GPA.3395-3077-0708-02401.
