University email address linked to account deleted
Hi,
I had a subscription with an account using my email address from university. I had selected "log in with Google" so there is no account password. I have since graduated and the university has deleted the email address. I am therefore not able to log in to my account, so I am still paying every month for a service I cannot use. The chat bot tells me I have to log in to my account with an active subscription to access agent customer care, but I cannot log in to the account.
I have already contacted my university and they have told me there is no way that the deleted email address can be opened again, and advised me to contact Adobe. How can I access my account to cancel the subscription?
