I’ve had this random monthly charge from adobe. I had no accounts before making this one to pose this issue yet this charge keeps coming out. I checked the charge look up tool and nothing so now I’m here. Adobe is a giant scam.

    Thanks for posting, @Clazzo2006.

I apologize for any problems you have encountered in locating the cause of your charge from Adobe. I can confirm that there are no active subscriptions or recent transactions associated with the account you used to create this public discussion thread.

There is a delay before recent charges will be listed at https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/billing-and-payments/payment-and-billing-issues/unknown-charge-on-bill.html, but you mentioned this was a recurring charge, @Clazzo2006, so the charges from the previous month should be visible today.

Firstly yes theres not been previous attempts as this is the first. The charges have been happening (including this month) for three months. I’ve not made any other account before and when I try an old transaction it comes up as not linked to this account. This is not the account linked to the card. There is no account linked to this card. I just want the money back from today and the charges to stop
