I have been charged 18 Euros and I do not have ANY plan, neither did I have it during 1 year ...

 

In ''Invoices'' it does not appear.

 

I require a refund immediately

don't just get details. let your card issuer know your card's been compromised.

We appreciate you writing in. We checked the account details associated with your email ID. We could not find any active subscription or any recent transaction for Adobe Creative Cloud subscription purchase.

Could you get in touch with your bank for getting more details about the charges?

Hi @marta26675740pz19,

Account and payment issues can only be worked upon by Adobe staff. Please contact Adobe support for help in this. Also, consider the possibility of your card being compromised and if you suspect that you will have to contact your bank.

To contact support follow the instructions given below
1. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
2. Wait a bit on the page that opens up, it should automatically open a chat popup. If that does not happen then look for a call out/chat icon at the bottom right, click over it and the chat popup should open
3. In order to talk to a human type "AGENT" in the chat box
4. If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.
