    Hi @Admirable_Explorer714c,

    Thank you for reaching out.

After reviewing the account details, I found that you subscribed to Adobe Acrobat Pro and AI Assistant for Acrobat 4 months and 9 days ago. While the AI Assistant plan was canceled, the Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription remains active, which is why you are still seeing the charge.

If you'd like to cancel your Acrobat Pro plan, you can follow the steps in this article:

    https://helpx.adobe.com/in/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/renewals-and-cancellations/cancel-adobe-subscription.html

Please note that if your subscription is an annual plan, an early termination fee may apply when canceling before the end of the commitment period. You can find more details here:

    https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/terms-policies-and-regulations/adobe-subscription-terms.html

I hope this helps clarify the charges. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask. We're happy to help.
