    Hi @Celestial_adventured9a9,

    Welcome to Adobe community!
I reviewed your account details and I confirm that there is no active subscription associated with your email address. Also, I verified that Adobe has not requested any recent transaction to this account.

I’d recommend using Adobe’s Charge Finder tool to identify the unknown charge to your bank account.

    I hope it helps.

@Celestial_adventured9a9 I wonder if your charge is from either Google Play store or Apple's App Store. When you download a trial version from a mobile device from those stores, Adobe doesn't have access to those accounts, you would need to contact them directly https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/mobile/subscription-refunds/about-refunds.html

@Celestial_adventured9a9 you are better to post this question in the Account, Payment, & Plan forum https://community.adobe.com/account-payment-plan-4

If by chance you had downloaded and tried a trial version, you do need to cancel the trial version before Adobe starts to charge you.
