I am getting charges on my Credit Card from ADOBE. Don't know where they're coming from.

Is there a way to know (if I provide my CC number) what's the email accotion associated to that payment method?

Please help.

The same thing just happened to my wife.  We had $700 in total charges!  Adobe was worthless on the phone, and we had to file a fraud report with Chase.  I also reported it to the FTC.

of course you have to report the fruad to your credit card company.  adobe can't fix your credit card security.

In the past couple of days on my credit card there were 7 fraudulent Adobe related charges! In signing into my personal and work Adobe accounts there's no indication of me purchasing anything. Also, the supposed Adobe company that is showing on my credit card statement is listed as three different names:

1) Adobe Inc, 800-8336687 CA

2) Adobe, Saggart, Dubl,

3) ADOBE *ADOBE

This is very unfortunate becuase of the degree of confidence I now have in Adobe. If the actual Adobe company wants to mitigate people's perceptions I would hope they are working hard to work with banks and credit institions to track down the scammers and somehow communicate back to the Adobe customer. Trying to engage the chat over this matter was not helpful.

Hi there,

We appreciate you reaching out. As per your account details, there is no active or trial subscription listed under your email address.

Also, there hasn't been any transaction made. Did you contact your bank to confirm that the transaction is not fraud?

Let us know.

Regards,

Shivangi
