I never intended to pay $30 a month for Adobe stock images for 6 months I thought I only been paying for my creative cloud subscription. I'm disappointed and saddened at the fact I've been getting ripped off for a product I've only used a couple times. I'd please like my money back this is very disappointing especially when I could be using that money else where, I try calling Adobe support and talking to a person but it's a robot who hangs up on me. And now that I've finnaly seen that I've been paying for Adobe stock I go to cancel it but now I have to pay an $104.97 early cancellation fee! I'm sick and astonished I need justice.

Hi @rioskii,

We appreciate your patience. I checked your account details and found that you checked the box next to Adobe Stock 30 day free trial while subscribing to CC all apps. This is the reason you are getting charged for both. You can confirm it here: https://adobe.ly/4k2nD8e

Since the subscription is almost 6 months old, there is no option to provide a full refund for the cancelation. As the expert mentioned above, you can check the subscription cancelation terms before proceeding with it.

I'm extremely sorry for the situation. Let me know if you have any other questions.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Thank you I appreciate it. I'll be waiting for an adobe employee.
