Hi, my account has been charged with two payments ffrom Adobe.com Saggart Dublin yesterday the 02.10.2025. I haven't used Adobe or for that reason bought anything from you. How can I address this? They are for £21.98 and £23.99.

Adrian, thanks for posting about your recent charges from Adobe to this public discussion forum. I don't see any active subscriptions or recent transactions under the account you used to make your public post. Please see https://adobe.ly/3KwMfZH for information on how you can locate the account that is causing the charge. Once you are logged in with the correct account, you can use the steps at https://adobe.ly/4pKo1Lw to self-cancel most subscriptions and services. ^JW

@DelSL

first, make sure it’s adobe billing you, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/unknown-charge-on-bill.html

then, if it is, cancel your subscription:

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", you probably have a payment error that you need to repair before cancellation is allowed, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html

Do you have another email address and Adobe account?

-or contact your credit card company or bank if you think your card account was stolen
