Unpaid bills, not working app - still charged monthly fees

My account shows that the app is not working due to non paid bills. There are no visible open invoices in my account, but last three months my credit card was charged monthly fee despite the app is not working.

Jorma, what app are you receiving a message about unpaid bills? You can use the steps listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/enterprise-id-faq.html to verify you are signed in under the active individual Creative Cloud membership and not the previously canceled Creative Cloud for Team membership.
