Unresolved Issue from 29th Aug '23 for a license issuance

Creative Cloud All Apps license - 1 no. was purchased on 29th Aug '23 and till now the license is not issued (Case # ADB-30738032-C9V0). Every day i message Adobe chat and they will check my case history and says the issue has been escalated to the technical team and will get back to you. But till today 20th of Sep the issue is not resolved and even today i contacted the support team and received the same reply.

Apart from this they have deducted thrice in my credit card for 1 license purchase and no refund is also done from them. No license issued till today and no refund has been processed. Very pathetic customer and technical support.

you're paying for an all apps subscription and are unable to use your subscription?

 

if so, re-contact adobe support and ask them to cancel your previous purchase, refund your money and start a new subscription with a new email (=adobe id).  you'll lose any cc files/libraries/documents, but you should be able to get your subscription services started today.
