Unwanted billing, Can’t cancle my trial subscription

Hello,

 

I installed adobe creative cloud just to try, how does it work (I have never tried it before). I choosed free trial plan and I didn't know that i need to cancle my subscription when trial days ends. Now i can't cancle my subscription plan because it shows me that I need to pay - but i installed software just to try it, not to buy it:( 

 

I am thankful for every kind of help.

A page will open, wait a bit on that page a chat popup should open, that is where you need to type AGENT. If it does not open the try chaging your browser/network/machine

Trial is automatically converted to a paid plan after 7 days and if not cancelled within 14 days you are charged the cancellation fees. You should have been more careful while opting for the trial. This is mentioned in the terms of subscription

Here it is clearly mentioned about the trial being converted into a paid subscription.

Now that the damage has been done the only way out is to contact support and see if they can waive off the cancellation fees. Be patient and hopefully you might get lucky.
