Unwanted billing for an unsubscribed service
It started two months ago when my bank sent me a message that "a certain amount of money" has been paid from my credit card to adobe.com, I was surprised because I didn't subscribe to anything from Adobe. I called my bank to better understand what's happening but the customer service couldn't solve the problem. Two days ago the same amount of money was paid "automatically deducted" from my credit card to adobe.com, I went and signed into my account on adobe and went to "plans" and there were no subscriptions I didn't even have my credit card saved on google play as a payment method. Later I found that this specific amount of money is the same as the monthly subscription for Acrobat, which again I didn't subscribe to. I went to the bank to speak face to face with someone but they couldn't solve the problem from their end all they could tell me is to completely cancel my credit card and create a new one, this option is not acceptable to me right now. The question is how can I stop the money being deducted from my credit card? knowing that my adobe account is not the account responsible for the payment, as I mentioned there are no paid plans active on my account.
