Question

Unwanted Extra Month Subscription.

It says: "You have up to 30 days to update your payment information from the first payment failure on the renewal date. The subscription is suspended on the 30th day." does that mean that on the 30th day, the subscription will be canceled?

I bought premiere pro like 1 month ago and when the end of my subscription I thought as I don't have any money to pay a new month, I thought it would stop the month after an unsuccessful payment, but it didn't, it's still trying to pay and I am worried the bill will increase every month, and I can't even cancel it.

Unless you purchased the higher priced month-to-month plan which allows you to cancel anytime you wish, you are obligated to pay for a 1 year term.  Cancelling early will incur a 50% termination fee on top of what you currently owe.   Sign-in to your account to update your payment details.  You must do this  before you can cancel.

I think that suspension means only that you can't run the program. I believe that all the subscription plans run for an entire year; you can choose to pay up-front (which I think is a bit cheaper) or month-to-month, but it still runs for an entire year.

Canceling the plan (you can do that from your Adobe account: https://account.adobe.com/) is do-able, but they will expect you to pay a cancellation fee of one-half of your remaining subscription cost.

In any case, you need to contact Adobe customer support. Users, including the ACPs and MVPs, can't provide support for account, subscription, or billing issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.
